Obama takes a majority of votes among men and women, young and old, white and black. McCain leads among conservatives, Republicans, pro-life voters, gun owners, and those who regularly attend religious services. Obama leads by double digits in Hartford County, New Haven County, and Fairfield County; McCain and Obama tie in the rest of the state.
