A new Gallup poll has revealed that the American people are pretty divided upon the current job performance of treasury secretary Tim Geithner.

To this author, Geithner has done nothing special to merit either a positive or negative rating. We still need to wait a few more weeks, or even months, to see whether or not the current economic plan will work.

The economy will not improve overnight; anything will be an improvement at this point. Let us not be so quick to judge.
