Former Florida governor Jeb Bush may tip his hat in the upcoming Senate elections in 2010, perhaps wanting to change the way Americans view 'Bushism'. According to the residents of the great state of Florida, they believe their popular former governor will run for the U.S. senate to be vacated by Mel Martinez in about 1 year. This move is perhaps motivated by political factors and a way to serve the American people.

Surprisingly, the residents of Florida have a majority favorable opinion of Bush (even though he likely stole the elections in 2000 for his brother, George W.). Nonetheless, this author thinks this is a great move for Jeb. He now has a chance to improve the Bush name and also has the opportunity to show that not all Bushes are 'bad'.

If Bush does not decide to run, current governor Charlie Crist may decide to run.
