A party with no leader is a party with no direction and vision. This is apparently the case for Republicans as they now try to figure out their identity after 8 years of the Bush regime.

In a recent Rasmussen Reports telephone survey, it found that 68% of Republicans feel that their party has no clear cut leader. An interesting 2% feel conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh is their leader.

The Republican party and its current leadership (whomever that may be) needs to reinvent and restructure itself. They will continue to loose seats in high office if they continue their paths of hatred, greed, and self-righteousness.

But, in this author's humble opinion, it maybe time to dismantle such a destructive party: a party who only exists to benefit a select few and alienate all others.
