Sharron Angle Being Labeled Extreme

Harry Reid is on the attack and he's claiming Sharron Angle is extreme and dangerous for this country. It seems to be working.

Rasmussen Reports had Angle ahead by double digits when they first began polling this matchup in June 2010. Now Rasmussen has both candidates in a dead heat. The Las Vegas Review Journal also shows a five point swing in Reid's favor since June 2010.

Angle is particularly being attacked for her positions on social security. She has been reported to say that she wants to end social security though her true position is that she wants it phased out. The subtle difference is those who were promised social security would still get it. Future generations would not. She is also on record saying she wants to have social security privatized and separated from the DC books so that it cannot be raided.

The other issue she is being attacked on is her desire to end the Department of Education.

It seems that phasing out social security and ending the Deparment of Education are so "extreme and dangerous" that Nevada voters are going to still re-elect the unfavorable Harry Reid.

Angle has put a stop on media appearances for fear of digging herself further into the ditch.
