Small Majority Say Their Home Is worth More Than Their Mortgage4/7/09 Tags: Economy From Rasmussen (conducted: 4/2-3/09)
» Commentary by Kris Lazaro (registered Democrat) As a sign of the times, only 54% say their home is worth more than their current mortgage. As this might sound troubling, let us remember that the economy goes into this spurt once in a while. The trick is to ride it out, as this economy will surely bounce back. If one can do it, one must resist the temptation to sell one's house and sell it below fair market value. Once our economy gets going again, house prices will directly follow. Similar to the stock market, house prices will hopefully one day go up again and America's economy will once again be solid. Check Gmail, Facebook, and IM simultaneously with Digsby.
